Welcome to Servall. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions
"Servall," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Servall Automotive and all its franchise locations.
"Customer," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity using our services or accessing our website.
"Services" refers to any two-wheeler maintenance, repair, customization, or other services offered by Servall.
"Website" refers to the Servall website, including all content, functionality, and services offered.
2. Service Terms
Service Booking: When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your two-wheeler and the required service. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred service date and time, but availability is subject to workshop capacity.
Cost Estimates: We will provide cost estimates before beginning work on your two-wheeler. Additional costs may be incurred if unexpected issues are discovered during the service. We will notify you of any substantial changes to the estimated cost before proceeding.
Service Authorization: By leaving your two-wheeler at our workshop or requesting our pick-up service, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon services and repairs.
Vehicle Collection: You must collect your two-wheeler within 3 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed. Storage fees may apply for vehicles left beyond this period.
3. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment platforms. Specific payment options may vary by location.
Payment Timing: Full payment is required upon completion of services before your two-wheeler is released, unless you have an approved credit arrangement or installment plan.
Taxes: All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Annual Maintenance Contracts: Payments for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) must be made in advance according to the terms specified in your contract.
4. Warranty and Returns
Service Warranty: Our services are warranted for 30 days or 1,000 kilometers (whichever occurs first) from the date of service completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.
Parts Warranty: Spare parts are warranted according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Parts installed during service are covered under our service warranty.
Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, you must bring your two-wheeler to our workshop for inspection. If the issue is determined to be covered under warranty, repairs will be performed at no additional cost.
Returns: Unused parts purchased from us may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are in their original packaging and condition. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information about your two-wheeler and its condition.
Vehicle Preparation: Before bringing your two-wheeler for service, you should remove all personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Timely Communication: You are responsible for responding promptly to our communications regarding your service or repairs.
Regular Maintenance: To maintain the performance and safety of your two-wheeler, you should follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and our service advisors' recommendations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Servall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or website.
Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that is the subject of the claim.
7. Cancellation Policy
Service Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled service appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 15% of the estimated service cost.
AMC Cancellation: Annual Maintenance Contracts may be cancelled according to the terms specified in your contract. Early termination fees may apply.
Refunds: Refunds for cancelled services will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Servall or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, display, perform, publish, distribute, disseminate, transmit, or circulate any content to any third party without our express prior written consent.
9. Force Majeure
Servall shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or other emergency situations.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
