- The customer must provide accurate vehicle and contact details at the time of booking.
- The prepaid amount is applicable only toward the service selected during the booking process.

- SERVALL or the concerned franchise workshop may contact the customer if any change is required in the selected slot.
- Customers are requested to reach the selected workshop at the confirmed date and time.
- Additional repairs, spare parts, consumables or services not included in the prepaid booking may be charged separately after customer approval.

- Cancellation requests made after confirmation may not qualify for a refund.
- Any exception to the cancellation policy will be considered at the sole discretion of SERVALL, subject to the circumstances of the case and applicable law.

- The booking is cancelled by SERVALL.

6. Workshop-Related Circumstances
SERVALL operates through its network of authorised/franchise workshops. In case the selected workshop is unable to provide the service due to operational constraints, staff availability, technical issues or other circumstances, SERVALL may offer the customer an alternative slot or other suitable resolution.
Where the service cannot reasonably be provided, the customer may be eligible for a refund as per the applicable refund terms.

If the customer does not report to the selected workshop at the confirmed date and time without prior communication, the prepaid booking may be treated as a no-show, and the booking amount may not be refundable.
8. Change of Appointment
Requests to change the date or time of a booking will be subject to workshop availability. SERVALL does not guarantee availability of an alternative slot.
